Meet Veronica

My Name is Veronica Berton. I am a Notary Public/Certified Signing Agent. I have many years of experience as a banking and mortgage field professional. I understand that an incomplete signing or a signing littered with errors may cost a mortgage officer a rate lock, or a buyer to miss a close of escrow; in general, causing everyone involved unnecessary problems or issues. Accuracy is extremely important to me; I won't miss dates, initials, or signatures on your important documents. 

​I will walk you, the borrower, through all of your documents, such as the closing statement, note, deed, and other closing documents. I maintain total impartiality during the signing while always ensuring that the borrower knows what they are signing by guiding them through the loan documents. I make sure the borrower initials any corrections to the notice of rights to cancel. If the lines are blank, I'll have the borrower fill in the dates and initials themselves.
